From there we will arrange a call to discuss your requirements.
Within a few days of our call I will send over a short proposal that will outline how we can work together, as well as a quote and estimated timeline.
If you're happy with everything in the proposal then we can get your project in my schedule!
Once everything has been confirmed, I will begin work on your client's website.
If you book a retainer package, I will get you setup in my project management tool so that you can start assigning tasks to me.

Unfortunately, no. I only provide support within my office hours which are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday (GMT).
No, I’m solely a web developer so I can only help with the development side of things. However, if you would like some recommendations for designers I trust, pop me a message!
I’m based in the UK but I’m happy to work with you where ever you are in the world! Just in bear in mind my office hours are GMT.
My current availability is posted on this page, but I am typically booked out 1 to 2 months in advance.

Unfortunately, I don’t offer same day or next day turn arounds.
For half days and full days of support I take full payment upfront. If you are booking multiple days of support at a time, then this payment can be split with 50% being taken upfront and the remaining 50% due once the work is complete.
For retainer packages, I will send you an invoice at the beginning or end of each month, depending on your personal preference.
